Effective September 2026. TeacherPensionEstimator is a free tool. This policy explains exactly what does and doesn't happen with your data — including your salary and years-of-service figures, which many people consider sensitive.
The Final Average Salary, years of service, and multiplier you enter are processed entirely in your browser using plain JavaScript. There is no server-side processing of this data — this site has no database and no backend that receives, logs, or stores any figure you enter. Closing or refreshing the page clears everything.
Loading this page causes your browser to request the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files that make up the site — an ordinary part of how any website loads. No salary or service figure you enter is included in those requests.
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, how many visitors, and general location/device info. Google Analytics uses cookies and may log your IP address and browser information. It does not receive the Final Average Salary, years of service, or multiplier figures you enter into the calculator — those never leave your browser, as described above. See Google's privacy policy for how Google itself handles this data.
There are no accounts, no sign-up, and no personal data collection on this site.
